Hola Málaga, in case of having a presence on social media, through this Privacy Policy, informs users who follow us on these social media that Alejandro Prieto Aguilar is recognized as the Data Controller concerning the data published by Hola Málaga on these platforms, as well as the data that users send us privately to be extracted to address their inquiries, doubts, or suggestions made through this channel. In these cases, we will apply the same legal basis, recipients, and legal retention periods as for the contact data of POTENTIAL CLIENTS.
